Bears Den:

Eagles Nest:
- Sleep 2 to 5, one bedroom with a queen bed, two pull out sofas in the living room, full kitchen

Rate Details (In US Dollars)

Deposits:
50 percent due in advance to guarantee your reservation--balance due upon arrival or a few day's before arriving you will be called and given the keyless entry code and you may charge the remaining amount.
Cancellations or Refunds*:
If you cancel 2 weeks or more before your reservation begins, your deposit will be returned.
If you cancel less than 2 weeks before your reservation date, you will be charged 50% of the reserved dates.
If we must cancel your reservation due to an unforeseen emergency on our part, your entire deposit will be refunded.
A damage security deposit of $300.00 will be authorized on a credit card.
*All bookings for holiday weeks are non-refundable, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.

Policies:
Check in time is 2 pm for new arrivals
Check out time is 10 am for departing guests
Guest parking is provided in assigned area for one vehicles per cabin. Please NO TRAILERS.
Additional trailer parking and/or vehicle parking can be requested. Additional vehicle parking is also available at the nearby Winter Sports Parking area.
Smoking outside only. Sorry, no pets.
Guest are allowed 8 people in their party. A $20.00 per night per person fee will be acessed for over 8 upto 11.
A damage security deposit of $300.00 will be authorized on a credit card, and will be charged if there is excessive clean up needed not limited to: vomit and/or other bodily fluids; large quantities of beverage and food debris; floors covered in sticky residue; broken furniture; and other damage.
Trash must be maintained in the trash can provided due to animal control .

Dates available: Year Round (all bookings require a 3 night minimum)
Bears Den: Winter (Nov-Apr) ..... $300.00/night.
Bears Den: Summer (May-Oct) ........... $250/night.
Eagles Nest: Winter (Nov-Apr) ........... $200.00/night.
Eagles Nest: Summer (May-Oct) ........... $175.00/night.
